Our team of experts determines material characteristics for you, conducts checks in accordance with the relevant standards and uses the latest testing methods and an extensive range of specialized equipment to produce failure analysis reports.
Microstructure and Interface Analysis
Light- microscopy and electron- microscopy techniques are used to determine different materials, their phases and their grain structures.
Thermophysical Properties
These characteristics can be determined in the range between the tempertaure of liquid nitrogen (-196°C) and 1900°C.
Mechanical Properties
Test on calibrated universal testing machines according to the corresponding standards (DIN,ASTM,EN,ISO, etc.)
Wear
Measurement of friction on standard test rigs under variable environmental conditions (atmosphere,vacuum, temperature)
